Exchanges

Need a different size? You can exchange unused items with their original labels within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, underwear and opened packs cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method, or as agreed with our team for cash on delivery orders.
